Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the whatvacuum.com website and are set out below. Please carefully read through these before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference.

  1. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
  2. Delivery can only be made to Mainland UK. We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, BFPO addresses or the Republic of Ireland.
  3. We make every effort to deliver all goods immediately, however delays are occasionally inevitable. We aim to deliver all products within 5 working days.
  4. We do not take payment from your card until after checking stock availability, once we have checked your card details we will dispatch the goods. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
  5. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order.
  6. We do file details of your order. Please read our Data Protection Policy for details of how these can be obtained.
  7. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
  8. REFUND POLICY: 30 Day from receipt of goods money back guarantee.
  9. As a responsible retailer, whatvacuum.com is happy to comply with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directive legislation and offers a take back for recycling, our customers old vacuum cleaner or deep cleaner, on a like-for-like basis.
